Behavior resulting from fire in plasterboard with plastic cable waste aggregates

This article analyzes the effect of fire on plasterboards with aggregates plastic cable waste, considering plaster coating as a strategy to reduce flammability added polymers. A real test was performed, using direct set in Madrid station, and theoretical estimate composition gas emissions, focused CO2 CO, during type room is presented. The results reflect that there no clear trend between evolution temperatures over time amount waste matrix different specimens, but behavior obtained depending surroundings where they are located. It also observed gypsum can be considered passive protection polymers, it retards flame them. Using secondary raw material reduces number incinerations carried out landfills this thereby decreasing potential emission contaminants into atmosphere contributing sustainability our planet.
